Can I cancel anytime? How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel anytime, entirely on your own terms. There are no cancellation fees and no need to contact support. Just head to your Billing page, where you can cancel your subscription in one click, view your membership expiry date, and see your current plan and billing amount. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your paid period. After that, your account automatically moves to the free plan.

How much do I save with annual billing?

Annual plans are 25–45% cheaper than paying month-to-month, depending on the plan you choose. Annual billing also helps us plan our infrastructure more predictably — which means we can manage server costs and AI model capacity more efficiently, and pass those savings directly on to you. It's a better deal for both sides.

Can I use MemoTune music commercially?

Accepted Answer

Commercial use is available only with Premium and applies to music generated while the Premium subscription is active. Free, Basic, and Creator are for personal, non-commercial use. Songs generated while Premium was active retain their commercial license after the subscription ends, subject to these Terms and applicable platform policies.

Question 6

Will MemoTune use my music or data to train its AI?

Accepted Answer

MemoTune does not use your prompts, lyrics, uploaded audio, or generated content to train general or shared AI models. If you explicitly use custom voice training, your submitted voice audio is processed only to create your private voice model. We otherwise process and store content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, and we do not display it publicly unless you choose to publish or share it. We may use de-identified usage and technical data to improve the product.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible, both of the following must be true within 7 days of your purchase: you have generated fewer than 5 songs, and you have not trained a Voice Model. If that applies to you, simply send us an email at support@memotune.com and we'll take care of the rest — no lengthy process, no back-and-forth.
